Yuma County Intergovernmental Public Transportation Authority (YCIPTA) will hold a public hearing regarding the YCIPTA transit operations and capital budget and the Federal Transit Administration (FTA) Fiscal Year 2013 Program of Projects for the Yuma Urbanized Area on Tuesday, May 28, 2013, 1:30 p.m. at Aldrich Hall, located at the Yuma County Department of Development Services, 2351 West 26th Street, Yuma.
